This was Malta's most important and popular event during the year 2001. The pope's visit lasted 2 days and the highlight was the beatification of 3 Maltese: Dun Gorg Preca, Nazju Falzon and Adeodata Pisani.

  • The pope and a statue of St. Paul (16c)
